Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TripBrief AI (“TripBrief,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
TripBrief is an AI-powered client-intake tool for travel advisors. It conducts a conversational interview with a traveler and produces a structured Advisor Brief for the advisor. TripBrief is an intake and synthesis tool only — it does not book travel, sell travel products, guarantee pricing or availability, or provide travel, legal, or financial advice.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- New accounts include a 14-day free trial; no card is required to begin.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plan limits (interviews, seats, intake links) apply as described at sign-up.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused capacity.
- We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or to collect information without proper authority or consent.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other Agencies’ data.
- Use the service to send spam or to process data you are not permitted to process.
- Misrepresent the AI’s output as confirmed bookings, prices, or availability.
5. Your responsibilities regarding traveler data
As an Agency, you are the controller of the traveler information you collect through TripBrief. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents and for complying with applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws. TripBrief processes that information on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI output disclaimer
The service uses artificial intelligence. AI output — including summaries and any suggested destinations, properties, or experiences — may be incomplete or inaccurate and is provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for independently verifying all details, pricing, and availability before relying on or acting upon them. TripBrief does not guarantee the accuracy of AI output.
7. Intellectual property
TripBrief and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the data you and your clients submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripBrief will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TripBrief harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be the state or federal courts located in Texas.
